[作者] 徐加有, 張繼紅,程艷艷 [關(guān)鍵詞] 鎂合金,化學(xué)鍍,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度 [摘要] 利用金相顯微鏡、SEM、能譜儀(EDS),研究了鎂合金AZ91D的化學(xué)鍍Ni-P的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度.結(jié)果表明,鎂合金基體的鍍前處理對鍍層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度至關(guān)重要.沒有經(jīng)過前處理的鎂合金的鍍層結(jié)合力差,而經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格前處理的鍍層結(jié)合力良好.前處理中酸洗、活化以及在對鎂合金基體打磨過程中殘留的雜質(zhì)對鍍層結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響較大,特別是Fe、C等雜質(zhì)元素的摻入使得鍍層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度大大降低;pH值也對鍍層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度有很大影響,隨著pH值的升高,鍍層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度降低.
[Abstract] The bond strength of Ni-P coating on Mg alloy AZ91D is studied with metalloscope,SEM,EDS.Results show the pretreatment of basal body of magnesium alloy is important to the bond strength.Bad bond strength was found on the Mg alloy with no pretreatment,while good bond strength was obtained on the coating with strict pretreatment.Acidwashing,activating and impurity in the course of dressing in pretreatment had a great influence on the bond strength,especially impurity element,i.e.Fe,C,etc.,made the bond streng...
